I am a student and have been tutoring family friends and my siblings since aged 16 and local students since leaving school at age 18 and I am currently 20 years old, giving me 4 years of tutoring experience! My main areas are maths and economics and I have experience teaching from 6 years - 18 years

My teaching method is to first assess my students needs and weaknesses. For example, on my first tutoring lesson for an A-level economics student I had a conversation with them about what they felt they needed to work on. From here, we did a few practice questions and highlighted the curriculum to show the weakest areas. From here I create a teaching plan of questions, essays and flash cards. I also help to consolidate learning by making quizzes for the end of each session.
I charge £15 / hour for GCSE and below students and £18 / hour for A-Level students.
