I have a background in music and the arts, business, and education. I have taught and met a diverse variety of ethnic people in NZ, Australia and Asia. I show an interest in cultural views and exchange, hence I understand the needs of students in order to customize the learning and teaching.

Online Methodology: learning and teaching depends on student needs and requirements in order to provide a useful approach to their learning style and preferences. To balance the learning and teaching it is necessary to ascertain the scope of each individual student's learning goal. Hence that includes the approach whether it is eclectic or not. There is no quick-fix to learning and teaching a language, therefore I also like to spend time with the same students over a period of time, and that can incorporate Digital Literacy techniques.
