About Carolina
I’m a Brazilian living in Ireland, and Portuguese is my native language. I have a professional background in office management, which has given me strong communication, organization and interpersonal skills, as well as plenty of experience working with people from different backgrounds.
I love sharing my language because Brazilian Portuguese is so much more than grammar and vocabulary. It’s a language full of personality, expressions, humor and culture. I want my students to learn how Brazilians actually speak, not just how Portuguese looks in a textbook.
My lessons are relaxed, practical and personalized. I adapt each lesson to the student’s level, interests and goals, whether they want to prepare for a trip to Brazil, communicate with a Brazilian partner, family or friends, understand Brazilian culture, or simply become more confident speaking Portuguese.
I believe you learn a language best when you feel comfortable making mistakes, asking questions and having real conversations. My goal is to create that kind of environment while helping you make genuine progress from lesson to lesson.
Whether you’re starting from scratch or already know some Portuguese, I’ll help you turn what you know into language you can actually use.

The goal is simple: to help you feel comfortable communicating in Brazilian Portuguese.
