About Monize

I'm a dancer, actress (graduated from the School of Arts Célia Helena) and Coreograph. I recently had the opportunity to study several dance styles such as: Stilleto, Jazz, Urban Dance, Vogue and Hip Hop. These opportunities brought me incredible learning and I chose to share this experience with more people :) I choose simple methodologies because each body has its own time and I believe that, with dedication and willingness, we were able to be surprised by the results! The classes are fun and help us to take the stress out of everyday life (especially in the midst of a pandemic) and raise our self-esteem the way we like it;)

About the lesson

I've been a dancer and choreographer since 2016. I took classes with Wallace Costa (HipHop), Melissa Brust (Jazz / Funk), Bruno Paiva (Passinho) and Dan Dan Firmo (Axé). Weekly choreographies and dance tips on instagram and I continue to specialize daily. Classes are for everyone! If you have a body, you are more than ready to participate. I like to let students know their own limitations and overcoming in relation to the body because dance also brings self-knowledge. It is really very gratifying to see the gradual results of each student and the exchange of learning that we have daily.
