Lessons are open for everyone from complete beginners to existing instructors who want to freshen up or sharpen their repertoire.
Tommy has taught everyone from Ukrainian Special Forces during the ongoing war, through to police, security, teachers, martial artists and everyday people.
He's available for video tuition or in-person within the Essex area. He's also available for seminars around the world.
Examples of what can be covered;
- Self Defence Essentials (the 'soft skills' of communication, awareness, avoidance etc and the 'hard skills' of physical action
- Boxing (for fun, fitness, competition)
- Combatives (straight to the action with rough and ready military-style unarmed combat training)
- Teaching skills (drills, skills, lesson planning and curricula development for martial arts instructors
Tommy has authored three books on martial arts and self protection (Search Tommy Joe Moore on Amazon) and has a popular YouTube channel.
He teaches globally at seminars and events to practitioners of all abilities. He still competes as a boxer for Madra Mor boxing club as well as coaching people with various goals.
He'd take you through your personal objectives and help define the best curricula and content to explore. Be it blade awareness or multiple opponent strategies through to conflict de-escalation and communication skills.
