About Diego
I am an amateur boxer, I have been boxing for 4 years and have competed since then. I am within the Argentine boxing federation and I would love to be able to teach those who are just starting out to train as a hobby or in a competitive way.

For beginners it would be a 1 hour class, mixing physical with boxing technique. The physical are exercises using the weight of the body and resistance is worked a lot, while the technical is based on posture, movement and the execution of the blows.
