About Ashley
I am passionate about working with beginners and those just curious about trying yoga. I help busy beginners learn yoga so that when and if they decide to take group or public classes, they can do so with confidence and ease.
I found yoga when I was 16 years old and it changed my life. I enjoy seeing others benefit from yoga just as much as I have. It's incredible what happens to your mind and flexibility when you just do some yoga.
I have been teaching yoga for 2 years and am a graduate of K10 School of Yoga.

After our intro call, the first private session is complimentary. From there we will decide on a plan to work together based on availability and frequency.
I typically work with beginners, those curious about starting yoga, people who may want to try yoga but are too embarrassed to go to a public class, or people who want to practice yoga but can't make it to a yoga studio.
