About Moises
I’m a dedicated athlete with a diverse background in movement, discipline, and body mastery. I train Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Taekwondo, which has given me strong body awareness, coordination, and a calm, focused mindset. Outside of martial arts, I practice salsa, bachata, and tango, which has helped me understand rhythm, balance, and fluidity — all essential elements in calisthenics. As a calisthenics practitioner, I’ve progressed to advanced skills such as the one-arm handstand, one-arm pull-up, front lever, and straddle planche. These milestones come from years of consistent training, understanding technique, and building a structured approach to strength. Students can expect a coach who leads by example, teaches with patience, and knows how to break down even the hardest skills into achievable steps. My goal is to help you build confidence, move better, and discover what your body is truly capable of.

My calisthenics lessons are designed for anyone who wants to build a strong, athletic, functional body using nothing but their own weight. Whether you’re a complete beginner, returning to training, or aiming to master advanced skills like muscle-ups, handstands, or front levers, I break everything down step-by-step so you feel confident, motivated, and capable.
My teaching style is a mix of technical breakdown + progressive overload + mind-body awareness. Every session begins with an assessment of your mobility, posture, and current strength so I can tailor the workout to your level. A typical lesson includes warm-up activation, skill technique, strength blocks, conditioning circuits, and a mobility cool-down so you develop not just power, but control, flexibility, and endurance.
What sets me apart is my focus on clean technique, injury-proof training, and making sure you understand why each movement matters. I teach you how to train anywhere — home, park, or gym — and how to build habits that keep you progressing long after the session ends.
