I promote active learning and taking effective breaks, thus I don’t charge for time used for breaks. I have 10 minutes' worth of homework from every session to consolidate knowledge taught in sessions and regular tests to actively recall content. Above all, learning can be fun and rewarding if done in the way that is tailored to your learning type, so I would be offering a free consultation session pre-class to discuss goals and style of learning with the student.
