About Aizah

I'm a biomedical engineering student at McMaster University with experience in comprehensive tutoring that's built around my student's individual needs and learning style.
I truly love the subjects I teach and I want to instill that passion and curiosity in my students, on top of excelling in their academics!

I teach STEM (Math, Physics, Chemistry, Biology) and English to middle school and high school students.
My sessions will focus on:
- Using a storytelling strategy to break down concepts into easy-to-digest analogies
- Teaching a step-by step approach on how to solve practice problems
- Using spaced repetition and active recall so that the material becomes second nature ️
- Identifying patterns in the student's mistakes to strengthen that area
I want my students to leave every lesson feeling more confident and motivated in their subject and in themselves
