About Juan
Math was my favorite subject throughout middle and high school because I had good teachers. After obtaining my bachelor's in Biomedical Engineering, I spent 20+ years working in the software industry, where I learned what it takes to be a great leader. I then started my own math tutoring business and helped countless students find their love for math. Kids like my teaching method because I am positive, encouraging and I teach in a way that makes sense. I will prove it in your first free session!

I teach math for understanding! When math makes sense, it becomes fun. Learning to understand and solve challenging math problems is a big confidence boost for my students. With a focus on fundamentals, improvement is typically seen in just a few sessions. Bringing an excitement for math and infinite amounts of patience, my students look forward to attend their next lesson. I specialize in teaching concepts from 2nd grade up to precalculus.
