About Katharina
I am a junior doctor and originally from Poland. I am passionate about biology, medicine and neuroscience, and I would love the opportunity to pass on my knowledge! Before studying medicine, I lived in England and Scotland for six years, where I graduated with first-class honours in Biomedical Sciences from Durham University and a Master's in Neuroscience from Edinburgh University.

My teaching style is very varied! Overall, I love asking many questions during classes and encouraging my students to summarise and apply the material frequently. I am also a huge proponent of using as many illustrations and videos as possible. I was a relatively bad student for a long time, so I know all too well how difficult it is to believe in your capabilities!
