About Bella
My interest in biology began with curiosity about how complex life processes are governed by simple underlying principles. This fascination led me to complete a B.Sc in Biological Sciences, where I developed strong foundations in cellular biology, genetics, and human physiology. Over the past 9 years, I have taught students from various academic backgrounds, helping them build clarity and confidence through patient and structured guidance.
I believe biology should feel approachable rather than intimidating. Many students struggle due to the volume of information, so I focus on organizing content logically and explaining relationships between concepts. I adapt my teaching to each learner’s pace, ensuring they feel supported and encouraged throughout their learning journey. Creating a calm and respectful environment is central to my teaching philosophy.
Outside teaching, I stay engaged with biology through reading scientific literature and following developments in life sciences. Teaching biology is deeply rewarding because I witness students move from confusion to confidence. Helping learners understand living systems and trust their scientific thinking is a meaningful part of my professional work.

Biology lessons are designed to help students clearly understand how living systems function, interact, and adapt. I focus on explaining biological concepts such as cell structure, metabolism, genetics, physiology, and ecology in a way that feels logical and connected rather than overwhelming. Each lesson builds understanding gradually, helping students see how small processes contribute to larger biological systems. Visual explanation, real-life examples, and structured discussion are used to support comprehension and retention.
For beginners, lessons emphasize basic biological terminology, simple cellular functions, and foundational concepts using clear explanations and repetition. Intermediate learners explore more complex topics such as genetic inheritance, enzyme activity, organ systems, and experimental reasoning. Advanced students focus on deeper conceptual integration, exam-oriented problem solving, and accurate scientific explanation. Practice questions, clarification sessions, and revision strategies are included to reinforce learning at every stage.
Biology lessons also help students develop observation skills, logical thinking, and curiosity about the natural world.
