About Daniel
I am an 18-year-old student working this year, while reapplying for university. I recently achieved A*A*A*A in my A-levels, having achieved five 9s and six 8s at GCSE. My main interest is in Biology, specifically zoology and deep-sea biology, which I have been working to complement with Chemistry and Maths knowledge.
Additionally, for the last two years, I have been tutoring classmates in both Biology and Maths. I also recently passed a DBS check.

My sessions mainly aim to help students translate their knowledge into exam results. I found the hardest part of STEM is often putting what you know on an exam paper. Therefore, I work on giving students the confidence to put their great ideas into words; for example, last year I mentored a student to achieve an A* in Maths by helping strengthen his ability to form equations from his pre-existing problem solving.
I also am rigorous with session preparation and know the ins and outs of useful resources to give to students. Lessons should last 1-2 hours and I am available for anyone wanting them (although mainly focused on A-level).
