About Sophiaa
Hello! My name is Sophia, and I am a Biology pre-med student with a strong passion for communication, leadership, and helping others succeed. I have experience working with students through leadership roles, church programs, and mentoring opportunities, which has helped me develop patience, responsibility, and strong interpersonal skills.
I create a welcoming and supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and growing at their own pace. I understand that everyone learns differently, so I adapt my teaching style to fit each student’s needs and goals. Whether you want to improve your grammar, speaking confidence, reading comprehension, or conversational English, I am committed to helping you make progress while keeping lessons engaging and encouraging.

My tutoring approach is patient, supportive, and interactive. I adapt lessons to each student’s learning style and focus on building confidence in speaking, writing, reading, and grammar. A typical lesson includes conversation practice, vocabulary building, grammar exercises, and reading or writing activities. What sets me apart is my strong communication and leadership experience as a student leader and pre-med Biology student. My lessons are for beginner to intermediate English learners, including middle school students, high school students, and anyone wanting to improve everyday English skills or academic communication.
