About Lora

My fascination with biology began when I first studied how living organisms grow, adapt, and survive in different environments. I became especially interested in understanding how cells function and how biological systems maintain life. This curiosity encouraged me to pursue advanced education in biology and complete a PhD in Biology, where I focused on genetics and cellular processes.

During my 9 years of teaching, I have guided many students as they explored different areas of life science. My teaching approach focuses on patient explanations and encouraging curiosity so learners feel comfortable asking questions and exploring complex biological ideas. I believe biology becomes more interesting when students understand how scientific concepts relate to the world around them.

Outside teaching, I enjoy reading about new discoveries in biological research and environmental science. These interests help me stay connected with modern scientific developments and bring engaging discussions into my lessons. Teaching biology is rewarding because I see students develop curiosity and confidence while learning about the living world.

About the lesson

My biology lessons aim to help students understand how living organisms function and interact with their environment. Biology becomes easier to learn when students connect scientific ideas with examples found in nature and daily life. In my lessons we begin with fundamental topics such as cell structure, biological organization, and the characteristics that define living organisms. These concepts help learners understand how life begins at the cellular level.

As students develop confidence, lessons expand to include human body systems, genetics, and ecological relationships. Learners study how organs work together to maintain health and how genetic information is passed from one generation to another. We also explore ecosystems and how plants, animals, and microorganisms interact to maintain environmental balance.

My goal is to help students develop curiosity about life science while strengthening their understanding of biological concepts. Lessons emphasize clear explanations and meaningful discussion so learners can see how different biological systems connect. Over time students begin to appreciate the complexity and importance of living organisms.
