About Kearby
From great grades in college to my other part-time tutoring job, I have always been strong in academics and want to help other students feel successful in their academics as well. I am supportive, understanding, and very knowledgeable in biology. I look forward to meeting you and/or your student!

-I like to teach biology by focusing on concepts and relationships between life rather than just memorization with no context.
-A typical tutoring session with me begins by overviewing all of the upcoming assignments and exams for the week. Then, we prioritize and focus on areas where the student experiences difficulties.
-I think that something that sets me apart as a tutor is my experience tutoring in executive functioning skills. Also, my other job is part-time tutoring neurodivergent college students. Additionally, I am really understanding and will never make a student feel lesser for having difficulty with a subject.
-I can tutor all ages, K-12 all the way through undergraduate classes.
