About Daisy
My journey in Biology began with a deep curiosity about how living organisms function and interact with their environment. I completed my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Biological Sciences and later pursued a PhD in Biological Sciences. Over the past 12 years, I have worked with students from different levels, helping them understand complex topics through simple and structured teaching methods.
I believe that every student can learn Biology effectively with the right guidance. My teaching style focuses on clear explanations, visual learning, and connecting concepts to real-life situations. I create a supportive and comfortable environment where students feel free to ask questions and explore ideas without hesitation. This helps them build both confidence and interest in the subject.
Outside teaching, I stay engaged with Biology by reading research and exploring new developments in the field. This helps me bring updated knowledge into my lessons. Teaching Biology is fulfilling because I see students grow in confidence and curiosity, and I enjoy helping them understand the world of living systems.

Biology becomes easier to understand when students can clearly connect concepts to real-life living systems. In my lessons, I focus on simplifying topics such as cell structure, human anatomy, genetics, and ecology into clear and structured explanations. I guide students step by step, helping them understand how different biological processes work together. By using diagrams, examples, and simple explanations, I make sure students can visualise concepts and remember them effectively without feeling overwhelmed.
Each lesson is carefully planned based on the student’s level and learning pace. Beginners focus on understanding basic ideas using simple language and visual support. Intermediate learners work on detailed processes, terminology, and structured answers. Advanced students focus on deeper explanations, diagrams, and exam preparation techniques. Every session includes revision, practice questions, and feedback to ensure steady improvement and strong understanding.
Biology also helps students develop observation skills and curiosity about life around them. As they begin to understand how systems function, they gain confidence in learning and remembering information. My goal is to make Biology simple, interesting, and meaningful, helping students build a strong foundation and feel confident in their abilities.
