About Yasmin
I’m a university student with a strong interest in languages and education, and I speak English natively as well as Spanish and Turkish. I’ve experienced language learning both in and outside the classroom, which helps me understand the challenges GCSE students face and how to explain things clearly and patiently.
I want to teach because I genuinely enjoy helping students gain confidence and see progress, especially in a subject that many find intimidating. I believe languages should feel accessible and practical, not stressful, and I aim to support students in a way that builds both their skills and their self-belief.

I offer GCSE Spanish tutoring focused on helping students build confidence and improve exam performance across speaking, writing, reading, and listening. Lessons are structured, supportive, and tailored to the GCSE specification, with clear explanations of grammar and vocabulary.
I support students with exam-style questions, including speaking role plays, photo cards, and writing tasks, as well as grammar revision and vocabulary development for key GCSE topics. Lessons are adapted to each student’s level and learning style, with a focus on building accuracy, fluency, and confidence over time.
My aim is to create a positive and encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and progressing at their own pace.
