About Lydia
Hi there, my name is Lydia. I speak 3 languages; English, Italian and Spanish but am currently learning the German language. I have a strong Science background varying from biology, physics, medicine, healthcare and molecular biochemistry. I want to continue developing my knowledge and be in a position to give back to those who have both helped myself and those who have not had access to help and support.

As a dyslexic student, I have tailored my teaching methods to accommodate those with an undiagnosed learning disability and a non-English first language. First lesson length: 90 minutes (Assessment session) Typical lesson length: 60 minutes Revision lesson length: 45-90 minutes So what qualifies me? Lydia volenteered at my daughters school as a SEN teaching assistant. She creates a unique lesson plan for each individual students needs. She has patience and is great with keeping you engaged with the workload. Its a relief that lydia has dyslexia herself as she has a better understanding of the struggles of reading and writing and has methods to overcome these challenges.I have known Lydia since highschool. She has always been the smarter one of the two of us. Lydia walked me through the style of teaching she would take for people with a learning diability and it proved FANTASTIC! I have Aspergers so retaining motivation and attention is difficult on a daily basis. Lydia makes each lesson fun, interactive and hands-on.
