About Myesha
I am a Biochemistry graduate currently completing a PGCE in Secondary Science with a specialism in Biology. This is a postgraduate qualification in teaching, which provides advanced training in teaching, learning, and curriculum delivery.
I am passionate about education and believe every student deserves the support, guidance, and resources needed to succeed. As someone who understands the challenges students can face, I strive to provide the encouragement, clarity, and confidence that I wish I had access to when I was younger.
My teaching combines real-world applications of science with exam-style questions, ensuring students not only understand the content but also know how to apply their knowledge effectively in assessments. I closely follow the relevant exam board specifications and curriculum requirements to ensure lessons are focused and effective.
Alongside my teacher training, I currently work as a Teaching Assistant and have experience supporting students in both mainstream and SEND secondary school settings. This has helped me develop a flexible and inclusive teaching approach that caters to a wide range of learning needs, including students with ADHD, autism, and other forms of neurodiversity.

My teaching approach focuses on using real GCSE and A-Level exam-style questions throughout lessons to help students apply their knowledge and understand what examiners are looking for.
Lessons are typically 60 minutes long and are tailored to each student's individual needs and goals.
I am currently completing a PGCE in Secondary Science with a Biology specialism. I have experience working in a SEND specialist secondary school and currently work part-time as a Teaching Assistant.
My lessons are for UK GCSE students studying Combined Science (Double Award) or Triple Science and/or A-Level Biology students.
