About Carolina
I am a dedicated and passionate educator with over 20 years of experience in teaching and academic leadership. I have a strong background in mathematics, science, and education, and I am also a Chemical Engineer, which allows me to approach problem-solving in a clear and practical way.
Throughout my career, I have worked as a teacher, tutor, and school director, supporting students with different learning needs and helping them achieve academic success. I truly enjoy working with children and guiding them step by step to build confidence and independence in their learning.
As a bilingual educator, I am especially committed to helping Spanish-speaking students succeed in English-speaking environments. My goal is to create a positive, supportive, and motivating learning experience for every student.

With over 20 years of experience in education and a strong background in mathematics and science, I design each lesson based on the student’s level, learning style, and academic goals. I specialize in working with elementary and middle school students, helping them develop strong math foundations through clear explanations and step-by-step problem-solving strategies.
I use a combination of visual methods, guided practice, and real-world applications to make math meaningful and easier to understand. I also provide support with homework, test preparation, and long-term academic improvement.
As a bilingual tutor, I work especially well with Spanish-speaking students in English-speaking schools, helping them understand concepts clearly while strengthening their academic language skills.
My goal is not only to improve grades, but to help students feel confident, capable, and motivated to succeed.
