About Hailey
Teaching math is simply REVERSE ENGINEERING the thought process of a student. Most people assume that calculations are about talent, but they are actually about patterns. I spent 7 years in industry applying complex modeling daily. That reality shapes how I teach my students.
I have guided hundreds of learners ranging from AP math to university levels. My 8 years of professional experience inform every single interaction. I hold a BEng in Electrical Engineering.
