I have been doing Power Vinyasa with Laura for several months and she has definitely helped me with my strength and mobility through her well-planned outflows and classes. Her posture and position corrections are well-timed and easy to understand. I would definitely recommend her to both beginner and experienced students.

Laura taught my husband and myself during a 10 day stay in Cape Town, we did a class every morning first thing. Laura is a fantastic yoga teacher! As a yoga teacher myself I appreciated her intelligent flows, steady pacing and postures that were pitched at the perfect level. I have been doing astanga style yoga with Laura 3 times a week for the last 3 months via zoom (I am in London and Laura is in Cape Town). It works really really well. For the price of an online class in the UK, i have 1-2-1 with Laura and am able to schedule to fit around my busy work and home life, which is an incredible gift

Laura is a positive, bubbly, and caring person who has comprehended and grasped various advanced Mathematical concepts while completing her International Baccalaureate Diploma (IBDP). She achieved a distinction (80%) in Maths in her Grade 12 year. I have no doubt Laura would take a detailed and caring approach to tutoring students in Maths, and would make a fantastic mentor to any young person!

She is a very very smart dedicated learner and knows EVERYTHING guys I'm not even exaggerating..ask her anything, ask her to help you or teach you a concept..you'll never forget.I am a true witness...
