Students often ask that where will we ever use the math we are learning, so I like to teach them in a way that they can co relate with their life.
My approach is to understand the student's need and their current ability in order to creative a specific plan to bring them up to the level they desire.
I teach students from 6th to 10th and most of my classes are on one to one basis.
