About Feiyang
Hi there! I'm Feiyang, originally from Beijing and now based in London since 2021. I moved here to complete my Economics master’s at LSE, and I currently work in finance, where I also recently qualified as an ACA Chartered Accountant. Having lived in both China and the UK, I’m fluent in Mandarin and English and have a strong passion for languages, cultural exchange, and helping others learn.

Teaching Style & Methodology My lessons are highly conversational and practical, designed to help you feel confident speaking Mandarin in real-life situations. I focus on natural dialogue, pronunciation, vocabulary building, and everyday expressions. Whether you're a complete beginner or already have some experience, I tailor each session to your pace, goals, and interests. We can talk about anything—from travel and food to business and current affairs—to keep learning engaging and enjoyable. Lesson Structure A typical lesson lasts 1 hour and generally includes a short warm-up, guided conversation, targeted vocabulary/grammar points, and quick feedback to help you improve consistently. I also provide light homework or revision tips if you'd like to practise between sessions. Who My Lessons Are For My teaching is open to all levels and all ages, from beginners wanting to learn survival Mandarin, to intermediate learners hoping to improve fluency, to professionals interested in business Chinese. If your main goal is to get better at speaking and everyday communication, my lessons will be a great fit. I enjoy talking to people in an engaging, friendly manner, and I aim to make every lesson both productive and enjoyable. Looking forward to helping you improve your Mandarin!
