About Claire
I teach 1:1 online yoga classes as a freelancer. I previously taught tantric yoga in Melbourne at Tantric Melbourne and as an assistant at Heart of Shiva Tantra Yoga where I undertook my Advanced Tantra Yoga Teacher Training. I have completed Level 2 at Agama Yoga and Level 1 at Hridaya Yoga. I have been studying yoga for the last twenty years and my current practice is primarily hatha and bhakti yoga under the guidance of my Malaysian Tamil Siddha guru. My life is my yoga.

I teach a form of hatha yoga that relaxes the body so that the mind is brought into a more peaceful state. From there the spiritual teachings are more easily practised. Simple postures for strength and flexibility for those who do not yet have a physical yoga practice.
