About Sam
Hi, I’m Sam. I’m a private tutor based in Toronto, and I enjoy helping beginners understand complex topics in a clear and structured way.
I have spent years studying stock market investing, especially the ideas of Warren Buffett, Peter Lynch, and John Bogle. My approach is influenced by long-term investing, common-sense business thinking, index investing, risk awareness, and emotional discipline.
I am not here to sell hype, stock tips, or “quick money” promises. My goal is to help students understand how the stock market works, build basic financial literacy, and develop a more thoughtful way to think about investing.

A typical lesson starts with your current level and goals. Then we focus on one or two core topics, break them down step by step, and connect them to practical examples. The goal is not to memorize financial terms, but to understand how investing decisions are made.
My teaching style is patient, beginner-friendly, and focused on clarity. This course is suitable for students, young professionals, new investors, and anyone who wants to learn stock market basics without hype or confusion.
