I have been playing chess since I was 5 years old and teaching it since I was 14 (I am now 27). I have a bachelors degree in Physics and an Associates degree in exercise science. My standing rating is a high of 2200 and I have gone through countless chess lessons of my own.

My name is Anthony Muscarella. I am a physics student who has been in love with chess ever since my first game. I have a standing rating of 2200+ and have been teaching chess in person and online from various different sites for many years. I believe I offer a very Down-to-Earth understanding of chess, which is most helpful for those struggling to get beyond an 1800-2000 rating. Though I have much to offer players of all levels, I feel my services are best for helping those below a 2000 rating.
