I am a self taught home cook been in a wheelchair my whole life grew up eating struggle food so i spent all my free time learning the art of cooking, Gordon Ramsay is my mentor and who i learned from (via youtube). i may not have gone to culinary school but ive been told i make better food than people who actually went to culinary school.
