About Sakhile
I am passionate about teaching, I believe in the ability of children to learn in the presence of a good mediator. I believe that motivation within the classroom can motivate a child even outside the school settings. Often learners fail to achieve because they lack motivation and role models in their life.

before I begin to set my lesson plans I take into consideration the context in which learning will occur. I take into consideration factors like age, race, gender, cultural background. I set clear lesson objectives before I begin so that learners know exactly what is required from them. To introduce my learners into the lesson i begin by testing their prior knowledge and then I strengthen the lesson from there. I also give learners theplatform to reflect on my own teaching so that I can improve where needed.
