About Tasnim

My name is Tasnim Miles, I am very passionate about teaching. I have been teaching foundation phase students for the past 3 years. Prior to this, I've taught learners with disabilities how to read and write. I believe that each learner has the ability to succeed if they have a solid foundation. In the methods I use, we will be able to bridge the gaps, if any.

About the lesson

Each lesson we will engage in conversation for about 5 minutes.
We will go back to basics to see where the learner needs assistance.
In each lesson we will do phonetics.
A story will be presented that the learner will read out loud.
Basic questions regarding the text will be asked to make sure learner understood what they have read.

Rughshana

Tasnim, Is caring and motivated, she provides a thorough understanding of the subject material and is very attentive. I can tell she loves what she does and does it very well. She encourages students to strive to be the best they can be, to reach their goals, to recognize their strengths, and to focus on learning how to learn so that they will be successful in the future. I have seen a big improvement in my son's grades since he has been with Tasnim.
