About Santhosh

Hello, my name is Santhosh, and I am a highly skilled software engineer with more than three years of experience in the IT industry. I currently work at Arcesium, where I have honed my technical skills and gained extensive knowledge of software engineering principles and practices. I hold an M.Sc IT from Anna University, which has provided me with a strong foundation in computer science and programming. Throughout my career, I have worked at several esteemed companies, including Genesys, Fourkites, KLA-Tencor, and Dgraph Labs, where I have successfully completed numerous projects and gained valuable industry experience. In addition to my professional work, I am an accomplished problem solver, having been recognized as a semifinalist and finalist in the prestigious Techgig Code Gladiators competition in both 2019 and 2021, and 2020 and 2022, respectively. I also serve as a Subject Matter Expert at Chegg, where I provide guidance and mentorship to students seeking to advance their programming skills. I am a dedicated mentor at SWOC and HackNITR, where I offer my expertise to help aspiring programmers learn and develop their coding abilities. I am a certified problem solver on Hackerrank, and I have participated in numerous online programming contests, including the Hacktoberfest 2021 event, where I contributed to the open-source community by merging six PRs and reporting bugs in over 30 websites. About the lesson

As a software engineering teacher, I focus on helping my students learn in a way that works best for them. I use a combination of different teaching techniques to make sure that everyone can understand the concepts, even if they're new to programming.

Throughout the class, I make sure that students have the chance to ask questions and get feedback on their progress.

This helps them understand what they're doing well and where they might need some extra help.
