About Megan
I am passionate about Health and fitness. I have always been interested in health however I have not always worked as hard on my mental health. In 2021 I took a journey to change my mindset and during this process I became happier, healthier and fitter and found a way to exercise that actually made me happy.
I have helped individuals with obesity achieve a healthy weight and I have helped people gain muscle, improve their skin, and feel more confident in themselves.

If you would like to change your health and fitness level, the best way to do this is slowly. I will never ask you to eat, or train in a way that doesn't suit you.
We will talk first about goals, and anything you have tried before, things you like and things you don't like.
Typical sessions will be an hour but we can talk about this.
I am a qualified nutritionist and training to be a mental health therapist.
My lessons can be targeted to anyone at any fitness and health level.
