About Wesley
My name is Wesley, and I am an engineering student with a passion for learning and sharing new skills. I am excited to be your instructor for this Guitar Basics class. I enjoy music because it is a great way to express creativity and relax. My goal is to make this session simple, interactive, and enjoyable so that everyone can understand the basics of playing the guitar. I hope that by the end of this class, you will feel confident enough to start your own guitar journey.

I am going to teach you about the Guitar Basics class. In this class, I will introduce the different parts of the guitar and explain their functions. I will show you the correct way to hold the guitar, maintain proper posture, and tune it before playing.
Next, I will teach you basic chords, simple strumming patterns, and proper finger placement. These are the essential skills every beginner needs to start playing the guitar. I will also demonstrate how to switch between chords smoothly and play a simple song using the techniques we learn.
By the end of this class, you will have a strong understanding of guitar basics and the confidence to continue practicing on your own. Thank you.
