My teaching methods are clear. I am also a very patient person who takes care of the students' needs as they arise. I allow my students to flourish by being themselves while actively listening to their concerns. I give students space to thrive by asking open ended questions to allow the students to answer in their own way. I give constructive feedback to students meeting them exactly where they are.
