About Steffi
Steffi is a dedicated and passionate dance teacher with an eye for detail and a love for performing. She was an Intermediate Associate of Northern Ballet, Leeds, and trained at the Northern Ballet School, Manchester, before pursuing a career in dance teaching. She holds a BA (Hons) in Ballet Education from the Royal Academy of Dance for which she trained with the highest standards of dance education and student safety. This means that Steffi can propose all her students – even adult learners – for RAD examinations. Steffi has gained Distinction in all of her Royal Academy of Dance exams from Grade 1 to Advanced 1, she is also a multiple UKA Performer of the Year winner, was a nominee for the prestigious Le Classique de Danse Awards and has attended Summer and Easter courses with the English National Ballet School, Royal Conservatoire of Scotland and Central School of Ballet. Steffi currently works as a dance practitioner for the Royal Academy of Dance ‘Step into Dance’ outreach programme and as a ballet teacher in several private dance institutions across London. She is happy to offer private classes in your home, or a studio if you can arrange one. She has experience teaching beginners up to advanced and will offer exercises and training tailored to your needs and goals.

I believe that dance can be practised by anyone, at any age. By learning while having fun, everyone is invited to engage in my friendly classes. For the little ones, every exercise starts with a story from our imagination and there is always space to be creative. For dancers in training, hoping to improve towards their examinations, competitions or weekly classes, I have planned some rigorous but patient classes that are shaped to the student's personal needs. For beginners - children, teenagers or adults - I have prepared flexible classes that will immerse you in the world of ballet or contemporary dance and introduce you to its fundamental principles step by step.
