About Rhett
I am a second year medical student currently studying at the University of Queensland. I found a love for teaching while studying biomedical science, I used to help my friends understand difficult concepts in unique ways that enabled them to utilise the concept to solve problems better. Helping students discover a passion for something that they initially found challenging sparked a love for teaching in me that made me want to continue to demystify challenging courses.

I tailor my approach to individual students challenges and learning styles. Every student is different and I believe the best outcomes stem from leveraging student’s strengths to overcome whatever is challenging them.
My tutoring approach is very student lead, however I recognise that it is difficult to know where weaknesses may be. As a result I am able to design individual plans to help students understand the general concepts so that we can work together to find any challenges we need to overcome
