As per my opinion the teacher should interact with the student to know the ability of students then only teacher can teach the student in proper manner and can guide for the future perfectly. At first teacher should realise the student in very polite,the thing I will teach you will be intresting , will help you in the future, and you will always remember this and should make a proper bond without fear after that only the student will concentrate on the studies, Make a bond like very free, very polite, very cool but very strict as well because I believe the new generation can't be dealed only with strictness or fear.
