About Brendan
I am an education student studying music and math. I have been playing trumpet for 7 years and am set to graduate with a Bachelor of Music in 2022. I have experience playing both Jazz and Classical trumpet, both in solo and ensemble settings. I have performed in music festivals, concerts, juries, auditions, and workshops across the GTA and Kingston.

I start by assessing where the student prior to beginning lessons. (beginner, intermediate, etc.) I like to take an approach where students have a choice in what they play and perform. I don't wish to hammer repertoire for them to play that they do not enjoy. There would be equal focus on technique, performance, pieces, and analysis. I am willing to teach the Royal Conservatory repertoire if requested.
