About Teagan
Intonation often feels like a constant battle for the intermediate violinist. It is actually a matter of listening more than physical force. My lessons emphasize tuning by ear to build a reliable mental map of the fingerboard. We examine bowing technique and double stops to refine your sound quality.
I integrate RCM syllabus materials to provide a clear structure for your progress. You will find that these technical exercises translate directly into better performance results. I offer a free trial lesson to gauge your starting level. This gives us a chance to align our expectations before we begin our formal work.
