About Sphesihle
I have 24 weeks of teaching practicals. I have been exposed to urban, township and rural schools. I have had the privilege of attending classroom management workshops and I have been well exposed to the African Philosophy of Ubuntu both as a Module(Studied it in class) and as an experience.

My Teaching method is to always attend learners' needs individually and also recognize and respect learner differences. So my first approach would be to use Howard Gardner's theory of Multiple intelligence to figure out which teaching method would work for my learner
