About Scarlett
I am a pianist, singer and songwriter. I'm experienced in teaching music to students of all ages. I was classically trained since 5 and achieved a Bachelor Degree in Music at the University of Hong Kong. I'm also active as a singer-songwriter. In 2022 I released my debut EP "Shard' under my artist name ST Minor, and it is streaming on all major music platforms published by Sony Music. I am passionate about music, and love to pass on my passion to students. I love all genres of music, from jazz to rock, from pop to classical and is available to help you achieve your musical goals.

I offer graded exams (Trinity College London and ABRSM).
In my piano lessons, I focus on technical aspects, such as posture, finger strength, movements and articulation. Technique will always be taught in relation to existing pieces. In addition to that, I will focus on expression and interpretation, as well as on notions of music theory and aural exercises, as integral part of a performance. According to the level of the students and to their purpose, each student will have a Scarlett's tailor-made method to fit in. The last part of the class will be dedicated to the review and assignments.
