Bachelor in Linguistics with +10 years teaching languages. Focus on quick learning

Guilherme is a great teacher. His classes are interesting and enjoyable. He combines activities and conversation with grammar exercises. He matches the content to your level and pace. He is consistent and committed to teaching. And he’s a lovely guy.

I highly recommend Guilherme as a Portuguese teacher. I worked with him in preparation for two trips to Brazil, and his lessons went far beyond simply learning vocabulary and grammar. He helped me develop a much deeper understanding of Brazilian Portuguese, culture and everyday communication, always adapting the lessons to my needs and interests.

What I particularly appreciated is his broad intellectual and cultural knowledge. He is able to connect language with history, culture, society and ideas, which makes his teaching engaging and meaningful rather than purely textbook-based.

He also contributed to my short film *NOSTOS, sharing his knowledge and perspective on the theoretical and cultural aspects of the project. This gave me an opportunity to experience his knowledge and communication skills in another context as well. I would recommend him to anyone looking for Portuguese lessons that combine language, culture and a deeper understanding of Brazil.

I highly recommend Guilherme as a Portuguese teacher. He is patient, knowledgeable, and very supportive throughout the lessons. He has a great ability to explain grammar and vocabulary clearly, while also making the classes engaging and enjoyable.

What I particularly appreciate is his focus on practical communication. He creates a comfortable environment where you can practise speaking without feeling afraid of making mistakes. His lessons are well organised and adapted to the student’s level and needs.

If you’re looking for a friendly, professional, and dedicated Portuguese teacher, I would definitely recommend Guilherme!

What I liked most right away was how relaxed the class was with balance, of course, but at no point was I embarrassed or anything like that. I'm loving the classes!
