About Ayushi

I am Ayushi Tondon, a dedicated and experienced yoga instructor with a passion for sharing the transformative power of yoga. I hail from Rishikesh, the birthplace of yoga, and have been practicing this ancient discipline since the young age of 9. With over 12 years of experience, I have honed my skills and developed expertise in various yoga styles, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and meditation.
