About Elle

I remember exactly what that felt like going through the challenges of nursing school and then there is the NCLEX. It’s like standing on the edge of a cliff with a parachute.
Most students think that the tests they take can be crammed for, when it is about the layout of the test. We must learn a new way of thinking so we can apply what knowledge we have. We discuss your challenges, check your resources, take a look at your habits of studying and build an individualized study plan. I bring to light the dark areas of harder topics, like fluid and electrolytes, so you have easy ways to recall material and you are not just pulling out numbers hoping they align.
Learning how to approach nursing tests is paramount. I will teach you to think critically as we work together on topics like how to prioritize, recognizing normal and when to delegate what and who to. Also, we master applying the nursing process and important techniques that make answers to those tough test questions stand out. And with dosage calculations… worry no more! Those pesky problems stand no chance against the way I solve them.
I can help you design a resume that is eye catching and professional. I will mentor you so that when you interview for your dream job you soar above your competition before you even speak! Also, I will give you the pearls that you need to remove the paralysis related to nervousness felt while interviewing. We will go through topics like salary negotiation and seek out your proper arena of nursing so you aren’t stuck in a field you thought you would be happy.
