About Daniel
Hi there,
My name’s Daniel. I’m an Illustrator, a creator and storyteller.
I’ve also acquired a useful skillset in my day-job as a marketing professional.
I’d really like to arrange a meeting to show you guys my portfolio.
I believe that my drawing and digital colouring talent is easily communicated through creative exploration.
Please do let me know if there’s any way we can work together?
Thanks so much
Dan

Open communication and the pursuit of knowledge Vs facts.
I’ve acquired a rich skillset in my career so far as a Digital marketing Specialist which makes me an incredibly strong candidate. I’d like to support that claim with a few examples.
I joined IT Governance before a period of sustained, global growth. I project-managed a 12-sector split of all operational business throughout the company from scratch. I allocated sales and marketing resources to each individual market sector. This allowed us to design tailored marketing material for each individual audience. The 12 sector split enabled fast and formidable growth at ITG. I managed the technology, media and telecoms sectors and coordinated the gap between product and marketing managers through active collaboration.
With an aim to drive sustainable growth and improved ROI across all activity, I launched and implemented successful sector-specific content including: video, graphics, podcasts, blogs, PR, advertorials and events. I implemented and monitored robust analytics using Google TagManager. I celebrated rich social media… leveraging paid, organic, engagement, brand-awareness and lead generating streams. I managed successful search activity from organic optimisations through PPC. I designed and delivered dynamic display creatives, both directly and programmatically. I monitored, optimised and reported on our successes directly to the CEO - and through these rich activities we were able to identify and exploit new opportunities in the market… while also retaining and nurturing our existing clients.
At Carat Enterprises I manged the entire digital portion of the Microsoft Cloud campaign through content, analytics, social, search/PPC and display including RTB and OOH.
At Accuen Media I managed a daily programmatic budget of £30k through Appnexus on behalf of Virgin Holidays. We achieved a CPA of £300 on a £1200 product.
At IESO Digital Health, I was the global digital marketing specialist. I managed the production of all content using Adobe products. I managed all analytics using GTM. I managed all paid and organic social activity across Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram. I managed and optimised all SEO activity including organic-build and PPC. I managed the global display activity through design, delivery and reporting across multiple media owners… and with refreshed branding, we were able to deliver complex messaging using bespoke CTA’s split B2C/B2B and per geo location. I also project-managed the design and build of 3 new websites at IESO, since we needed focussed material for 3 very different groups: partners, therapists and patients.
Why have I moved around so much? This is an obvious and logical question for any employer to be asking. During my time at Vibrant Media, I made a decision to move to South Africa. I wanted to earn British pounds, continue making national insurance contributions and generally keep one foot firmly in the UK. Accuen Media were on-board for that move initially, but eventually decided it wouldn’t be passible. Undertone Media however, were able to facilitate the remote-working setup. Sadly, the personal reason for moving to South Africa in the first place didn’t quite go to plan and upon returning to the UK I was keen to find something new and fulfilling. I’m still looking for that opportunity today, but I’m conscious that my CV is looking a little bit cluttered. This is my attempt to explain that.
This all means that I have a wealth of rich experience, gained in many different industries and I’ve worked with ranging and diverse teams on many different projects types in various different ways. It also means that I’m craving a long-term connection with my next employer. I’d like to find my professional home at this point.
