About Romina
Hello! I am a Sociology student at The University of Texas at Austin with a minor in Philosophy of Law. Despite my Liberal Arts degree, I take great passion for Mathematics and experience in AP Statistics and AP Calculus with passing exam scores for college credit. I have additionally taken college statistics courses. In addition to this, I find it necessary to provide aid to students applying to college and have organized College Readiness meetings in which students were able to speak with College students from Stanford, USC, A&M, etc.

- I have adapted a problem-solving initiative to my teaching methods in order to promote student critical thinking even after lessons.
- Go over any homework or test problems provided by student by doing each problem of interest in a step-by-step fashion. If there are no homework or test problems, then I am able to provide problems myself.
- I focus on learning, not memorization. I find it incredibly necessary that students learn and fully understand how to solve the problem at hand.
