About Keenan
I am Keenan, a Physics and Astrophysics student at the University of Glasgow. I always struggled with maths, and it can take me much longer than most in my classes to learn a concept right away, but I view this as a strength. Not being naturally mathematical, I have to rigorously learn everything that some understand straight away, so I know first-hand what feeling like you are no good at maths is like.
I aim to show students that they can understand concepts that they thought they would never get a grasp of and to achieve the results they want!
I am based in the west-end of Glasgow, but I am open to tutoring online as well!

I believe that anyone can do maths, and I personally know how hard it can seem sometimes. I struggled with maths my whole life through secondary school, and it wasn't until Year 10 when a different teacher taught me ways to look at maths that allowed me to see things a lot clearer and ultimately achieve an A* in my A level.
Whether you know it or not, maths is an essential subject in many areas of study. I know that a lot of the time you may think 'What is the point of learning this?' (That was me), but studying maths at a higher level, I finally see how important a strong foundation in maths is.
I encourage students to bring their own questions or topics they want help with, however I also understand that sometimes there is so much you feel like you don't know that you don't even know where to begin. In this case, I can go through these topics myself and explain to the best of my ability how to tackle concepts and questions!
