About Dr Payal
Hello, I am Payal Sharma, an Assistant Professor and researcher with a PhD from NIT. Teaching has always been more than a profession for me—it is something I genuinely enjoy and feel passionate about. I have several years of experience teaching students at both school and university level.
I believe every child learns differently, so I focus on patience, encouragement, concept clarity, and confidence building. My goal is not only to improve marks but also to help students enjoy learning and become independent thinkers.
As an educator, researcher, and mother, I understand the importance of creating a positive, supportive, and stress-free learning environment for every student.

I am an Assistant Professor with a PhD from NIT and several years of teaching experience. My classes are specially designed for students from Grade 4 to Grade 8 who want to build strong fundamentals in Mathematics, Science, English, Computer Science, and logical thinking.
My teaching approach focuses on concept clarity, interactive learning, regular practice, and confidence building. I explain topics in a simple and patient manner so that students understand concepts instead of memorizing them.
Each class includes concept explanation, examples, problem solving, doubt discussion, homework support, and exam preparation. I teach online in both Hindi and English according to the comfort of the student.
My goal is to make learning enjoyable, stress free, and confidence building for every child.
